ChurchHealth Financial Policies

ChurchHealth is a faith ministry, and as such will work with your church to establish a reasonable fee schedule for our ministry to you. A fee schedule is available upon request.

All expenses incurred in serving a church will be invoiced to that church and reimbursed to the staff member serving you or your church. These typically include: travel, meals, lodging, telephone charges, photcopying, postage, and materials.

The staff of ChurchHealth comes alongside of churches in a variety of ministries (see Services Available). Our policy is to serve a church irregardless of its ability to pay. When serving in an ongoing contractual role (such as part-time director, interim pastor, etc) a memorandum of agreement is established at the front end of the arrangement with a church or organization.

Seminar fees are charged to cover the cost of each event, including expenses, honoraria, and materials.

How to support the ministry of ChurchHealth.

ChurchHealth is incorporated in the State of Washington as a not-for-profit, tax-exempt corporation, overseen by a governing board. If you wish to contribute to the financial support of the ministry, please make your check out to ChurchHealth, and send to P.O. Box 1493, Edmonds, WA 9020. A tax-deductible receipt is issued at the end of the year.
