Network Gathering 2012 - Orlando. ConvergeWorldwide 2nd 1/2 Ministry will be holding its 2nd peer network amongst local church leaders in 2nd Half Ministries around the nation. The Bergstroms will host a peer network gathering in Orlando in January 23-26, 2012, similiar to the ones held by such groups as the Large Church Pastors gathering and others. This network will be open to both paid and non-paid staff with primary leadership roles in their churches focused on age 50+ ministry.
CASA Conference focuses on needs of midlife and older adults
Converge 2nd 1/2 Ministries invites you to participate in a dynamic conference focused primarily on the issues and opportunities for developing midlife and older adult ministries. The CASA Network will hold its International Leadership Conference November 9-11, 2011, in Anaheim, Calif. The theme is “Influencing the Generations” and will feature keynote speakers H.B. London, Richard Gentzler, Amy Hanson, Laura Carstenson and pastor Bob Pagett. Dozens of workshops will address such con-cerns as building family dynamics into ministry, engaging older adults and ministry with boomers.
